Simone Biles
Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be one of the top athletes in sports. At the 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in one Games and was also the first gymnast to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was raised within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time she and her younger sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's interest in gymnastics began at the age of six when she took a trip with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained in the hands of Aimee Borman as coach from 2011. Biles won the floor and vault exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in 2011. Less than two years later she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles stood out for her consistent, having an exuberant energy and joyful personality. She also integrated an extreme amount of difficulty into all her events vaulting uneven bars floor exercise.
